• organization of procedures for the development of regulatory legal acts on the creation and maintenance of regulatory and reference information;
• registration of health object identifiers;
• formation, systematization, updating of normative and reference information used in the health care system;
• providing access to regulatory and reference information;
• definition and justification of the conditions for the use of reference information for their use in the development of medical information systems.
