Rules of technical support of the AIS "Electronic Recipe"
Technical support of the AIS "Electronic Recipe" is carried out at three levels by the specialists of the NSPC MT and the UIIP NAS of Belarus:
- Level 1 (L1) - specialists accepting appeals from all clients, making appeals and responsible for solving user problems, specialists responsible for communication with representatives of healthcare institutions, pharmaceutical networks, developers of IIA and FIS.
- Level 2 (L2) - analysts who know the AIS "Electronic Recipe" in terms of functionality, are connected to solve problems of clients who could not be solved at the first level.
- Level 3 (L3) - the development team and the infrastructure team of the AIS "Electronic Recipe", which are finalizing the AIS "Electronic Recipe" to prevent problems for customers in the future.
Technical support is provided on working days from 9:00 to 18:00
