AIS "Electronic recipe" is intended

To implement the technology of electronic prescriptions in the health care of the Republic of Belarus, it is a centralized system of electronic discharge and dispensing of medicinal products for treatment in outpatient and inpatient settings, including preferential medicines

Basis for system development:

Activity 21 "Establishment of a full-scale system for the circulation of electronic prescriptions in the Republic of Belarus using an electronic digital signature" of subprogramme 3 "Digital Transformation" of the State Program for the Development of the Digital Economy and the Information Society for 2016-2020, approved by the decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 23, 2016. agreement between the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus and the state institution "Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Medical Technologies, Informatization, Management and Health Economics" of December 14, 2016 No. ЦТ21-ЭР

organizations of public health services of the Republic of Belarus that provide medical services to the public (including departmental and private forms of ownership)
pharmacy organizations of various forms of ownership
Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus
Health Department of Regional Executive Committees
Health Committee of Minsk City Executive Committee
other interested government bodies and agencies
